We recently held a Workplace Wellbeing seminar for some of our clients, this was a really successful event and we had some great feedback from HR Managers and Directors who attended the event.
With stress placing immense demands on employees’ physical and mental health and wellbeing, impacting their performance at work, behaviour and relationships with colleagues. Knowing the different levels of support to all employees helps to manage teams effectively. This fun interactive event was well received and so much fun.
Marteka Swaby, Psychotherapist and Founder of Benevolent Health spoke about Nurturing emotional wellbeing – How to reduce stress and build a thriving team. We explored the different layers of support required across an organisation to nurture emotional wellbeing and considered natural inclinations alongside skills or experience to build thriving teams, resilient teams. We often underestimate the power and productivity of a thriving team, to give organisations, products and services a leading edge.
