Working across the world: Final installment of August Anywhere

August Anywhere means Team Trace can work from… yes, well… anywhere!

In our last installment, Associate Director Harry takes us with him and his family to the beautiful English coast for a week of sunshine and sea air.

“August Anywhere is great for me as a new dad, as I get to see more of my family every day. Normally, I commute to London 3 days a week, but during August Anywhere, we have the opportunity to spend some quality time together before and after work and even over lunch. 

This year, we took the opportunity to stay local, doing activities after work and then headed to the Kent coast for a week to enjoy some Summer sunshine, the seaside and work from the garden. 

Particular highlights for me was visiting the beach every day, go paddling with my daughter, and see more of my family & friends. It was a welcome change from commuting 6 hours each week!

What makes August Anywhere particularly unique to Trace is the trust and flexibility it gives us and our teams. We can go abroad, but the ability to go anywhere means this year was about being home and around my family.”
