A large commerce business who are currently undergoing a Finance Transformation require a Finance Business Partner to join the team as soon as possible. They are a well-known and established company with an excellent reputation within their industry sector.
This is a complex company with multiple stakeholders and business units. Therefore, communication for the project is essential to the smooth running and progress. This role plays a key part in the Finance Transformation team and will be suitable for you if you have good all round Project and Change experience with a Finance background.
The Projects reach across the organisation and you will partner will numerous areas, however there is a focus on HR.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain & update detailed project plans
Facilitate project sessions around key deliverables
Working across business and functional areas
Work with senior stakeholders on transition plan and the roadmap
Develop required templates and documentation
Manage the transformation to ensure timelines are kept
Produce documentation considering all potential risks and dependencies related to the project
Engaging with all stakeholders to ensure they are fully participating
Manage the implementation for each phase of the project
Impact assessing the proposed changes on the organisation and people
Ability to pull together high quality presentations from a variety of sources
Skills and Experience
To be successful you must have experience in finance transformation/ finance project management. You have to know finance and therefore you will need to be Qualified Accountant. It is really important that you have superb communication skills and demonstrate the ability to engage and influence outcomes.
It is desirable to have a qualification such as Prince 2, Agile or MSP but not essential
