Operations Finance Manager, central London, c.GBP45k plus benefits
Lead finance, Operations Finance Manager opportunity at a Specialist Recruitment Agency. The Agency are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for an enthusiastic and intelligent Finance Manager to join their team. It is an opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark and be rewarded for their part in the successful performance of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Budgeting and forecasting
· Completion of monthly management accounts
· Produce weekly reports for the Managing Director and Heads of Division
· Develop procedures and processes to gain efficiencies in the finance function
· Oversee and project manage the upgrade of the back office systems
· Complete quarterly report packs for the management team
· Ensure general operation functions run smoothly
Key Requirements
· Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
· Sound knowledge of Excel – intermediate to advanced
· Sage 50 and 200 experience and knowledge essential
· Excellent Communications skills – both verbal and written
· Outgoing and personable individual who will fit in the values and ethos of the company
· Be confident, resourceful and proactive
· Be able to demonstrate a flexible but client focused approached to a busy workload
· Be someone who enjoys working in a relaxed and informal yet fast paced and high pressured environment
· Be very friendly and approachable and have the ability to connect and converse with a wide variety of different people
