Fabulous opportunity for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join an expanding multi-site business. You will plan an integral part in the Finance function being heavily involved in financial analysis and reporting, FP&A, cost control, budgeting, insight reporting and KPI analysis.
Key Responsibilities
· Preparing weekly and monthly packs for leadership meetings
· Business partner with departmental heads and site managers to drive business performance
· Prepare and analyse budgets and forecasts
· Design and scope reports and dashboards to meet user needs and enhance stakeholder decision-making and planning
· Develop and maintain concise reporting using consistent data
· Maintain and develop the companys suite of systems and associated processes to meet organisational requirements
· Act as the main point of contact within the company for system issues and liaise with IT support and external suppliers as applicable to resolve
· Support the business to improve processes and utilisation of systems e.g., exploring opportunities for automation and providing technical support & training
· Any other duties that may arise from time to time
Key requirements:
· Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
· Experience using Fourth Hospitality Suite is essential
· Previously worked in retail, leisure, hospitality
· Experience of budgeting and forecasting
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building skills
· Advanced Excel user
· Highly numerate and analytical, with ability to interpret and present data clearly
