Trace is a boutique Recruitment Consultancy based in Central London. We have been established for 10 years and operate in the mid to senior Accountancy & Finance market in Greater London. We have three teams, two which specialise in permanent delivery across across Industry & NFP and Financial Services, and the third team crosses over all markets and is focused on interim/contract roles.

The role:

We are searching for an experienced recruiter from the London Accountancy market. We want to develop an individual who will become an expert in a chosen market. This could compliment our strengths, which are in Media, Marketing Services and Consumer markets. Or you could bring your own interest and network to develop an entirely new market for us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an industry led niche in the Greater London A&F sector
  • Generate a good and consistent stream of activity resulting in revenue
  • Provide the best possible customer service to trace clients and candidates
  • Commitment to ongoing business development to safeguard the future of the business
  • Promote and cross sell the other trace businesses
  • Look to develop other skills that will benefit the development of the business generally

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Recruitment experience, ideally in London A&F
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a daily energy to make things happen
  • A fun and inquisitive approach to work

  • Intelligent and able to work both as part of a team but also independently


  • Monthly bonus scheme (x2.5 monthly salary threshold); 30% paid above threshold plus 1/4ly kicker
