Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the monthly consolidated group reporting and internal management accounts
· Assist with annual budget and periodic forecast
· Lead internal and external audits, and prepare papers for the Audit and Risk committee
· Lead the preparation of the annual statutory accounts
· Develop and implement financial policies and control procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
· Assist in the preparation of the PRA regulatory reporting financial submissions
· Adhoc reporting, such as Board reports, profitability analysis, capital strategy
· Adhoc cover for Accounts Payable and Bank reconciliations

Key Skills and Experience:
· ACA qualified, ideally big 4 and or Financial Services or Banking audit experience
· Good working knowledge of IFRS accounting experience, eg IFRS9, IFRS16
· Superior attention to detail
· Experience of accounting software, preferably Whistlebrook GL and Excel
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Great team player, able to prioritise tasks and complete them with minimum supervision
· Integrity and honesty, foster a culture of trust and respect
· Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
