Our Story

Established in 2010, we have worked hard to become one of the most reputable and trust-worthy boutiques in London & the South East. We hire like-minded Consultants & Associates who will become experts in their chosen market. We hire individuals and have always offered freedom and flexibility for everyone to work within their own styles. We have beautiful offices on Chancery Lane and have been advocates of a healthy work/life balance, enhanced by flexible & hybrid working for many years. We are a grown-up Consultancy and a team of humble experts.

We offer a monthly commission of 30% boosted by a quarterly new business incentive alongside other spot bonuses.

Work / Life Balance

Time off matters – We want you to have time to do more of what you enjoy. We have a fantastic 30 days annual leave allowance (plus bank holidays). This includes 3 days over Christmas & August Anywhere).

Hybrid & Flexible – we valued this before Covid came along and so this isn’t new to us. We currently work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. To make your home comfortable to work from we have an allowance towards setting up your home office . We are very focussed on the journey being as rewarding as the destination.  As such working hours are offered with flexible start and finish times.

Training

We have a personal training allowance for everyone so you can finally get the chance to do that course you have always talked about.

Socials

Individual performance always gets rewarded but we make a point of celebrating as a team. This includes a Quarterly Michelin Star lunch and you get to choose where!

We Care About Balance – We make sure that there is fun along the way. So far we have been sailing, cooking, cycling, climbing, horse racing, picnicking and we took everyone to Brussels for two nights of culture. A fantastic 2021 was celebrated with a trip to The Grove 5-star hotel and we finished 2022 with a trip to Basel, Switzerland.

As if all of that wasn’t enough –

We have a well-stocked office full of snacks & drinks and a fortnightly Thursday team lunch too.

Finally, August Anywhere has just been launched!

In 2022 we introduced August Anywhere. Essentially you can work from anywhere in August and every Friday is a half day!
